I think it was just playing, like the funny Probie one they did last year? Tony in therapy would be epic, especially ambush therapy like Dr Phil tends to do. I am not sure who would come out alive! LOL!

I imagine Dr. Phil had a blast. He would dearly love to get Tony on his couch. His father issues alone are epic not to mention his issues with women.
